Lets talk alcohol free Gabba enhancer like …like Sentia
Sentia is a new generation of mood enhancing spirits with complex botanicals and a rich sensory experience. It activates your Gaba receptor in the brain, but it doesn’t contain alcohol. Let’s discover the Empatheogenics like..KA!
I just discovered Kanna, a natural empathogen and psychoactive (not psychedelic) plant that’s been widely used across South Africa for thousands of years. It’s clinically-proven to reduce stress and increase focus, helping people feel more alive, capable and connected to themselves, others and nature. Kanna is neuroprotective and nervous-system loving, known for its subtle yet felt heart-opening, tension-reducing effects. My favorite brand is K! I love the gummies and the tinktur. It makes me feel grounded and in touch with myself.

The Podcast – What we learned
Our last two podcasts had truly special guests. And you need to know them.
We just released episode 95 with Bennet Zelner and Rachelle Sampson, two researchers working on psychedelic leadership. They talked with me about modern egoless and guruless leadership styles embodied by fictional and real leaders like Ted Lasso and Taylor Swift, about the possibilities and variations of psychedelic leadership and what they could mean for coming C-level managers, and about how they bring these questions into established research.
Listen to the episode here and on all major podcast apps.
I begged Dr. Carl Hart for around 40 mails to come talk to me and I would’ve written another 40 if it had meant to get this important voice on my podcast. Hart is one of the world’s most preeminent experts on the effects of so-called recreational drugs on the human mind and body – and is open about using them himself. With „Drug Use for Grown-Ups” he has written a controversial book that not only enhanced my understanding of body autonomy but also taught me a lot about the oftentimes racist war on drugs in the United States.
You can listen to the Hart in episode 94 here and on all major podcast apps.
And you can also always learn more about our content on Instagram and on my LinkedIn page.
So this is it for our inaugural issue.
Let us know what you think. We will come up with a more structured survey soon, for now, please feel free to write to me at anne@thenewhealthclub.de and let me know how we can make this bi-weekly newsletter more useful for you.
